Welcome to Shruti.ai — a multilingual, AI-powered digital assistant developed by SST (Software Services & Technologies) to help users explore information about restaurants, travel, utilities, services, local businesses, and AI-generated responses.

Shruti.ai complies with global data protection laws including:

  • California Consumer Privacy Act / CPRA (CCPA — US)
  • Apple App Store & Google Play requirements

  • Images/files on your device
  • Exact location or movement history

    • All AI-assisted chat history stays locally on the user’s device, not on Shruti.ai servers.

    4. Usage Data

    Minimal diagnostic usage data may be collected, such as:

  • Device type & OS
  • Crash logs
  • Approximate location (only if using “Nearby” features)

    • This data is not sold, nor used for behavioral advertising.

    6. Local Storage vs External AI Processing

  • Chat history and AI responses are stored locally on your device.
  • Processing of prompts may involve secure, encrypted transmission to external AI models and service APIs solely to generate responses.
  • Queries are anonymized, not retained, and not used for AI training.

    Shruti.ai follows global anonymization standards including:

  • Irreversible hash removal of identifiers
  • Removal of name, contact, and personal metadata
  • Encryption of transit data (TLS/HTTPS)

    Basic account information is retained only while active.

    Account Deletion

    Users may delete their account directly inside the Shruti.ai App via:

    Settings → Delete Account

    All associated data will be permanently deleted instantly, except where legal retention is required.

    Shruti.ai may use trusted partners for:
